Doue's accomplishments make him the fourth player from France to receive the Golden Boy award, following in the footsteps of Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial, and Kylian Mbappé.
The award is given annually by Tuttosport, and Doue's win comes after Barcelona's Lamine Yamal won the prize last year.
Yamal was ineligible to retain the award due to Tuttosport's one-win rule, and instead came close to winning the Ballon D'or behind Doue's teammate Ousmane Dembele.
PSG's treble was a notable achievement, but the team ultimately lost in the Club World Cup final to Chelsea.
Doue beat out other nominees, including Arda Güler and Dean Huijsen of Real Madrid, who may have a chance to win the award next year.
The Golden Boy award has been won by several world-class players in the past, including Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, and Erling Haaland.
