The club is now confident that they will be able to reach an agreement with Forest to sign the Sweden international.

As part of the deal, Elanga's former club Manchester United will receive a 15 per cent cut of the total fee.

Anthony Elanga had a successful season with Forest last year, providing 11 assists and scoring six goals.
